With a strong focus on digital transformation, they are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive key projects and improve business processes.

The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take ownership of critical technology projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, optimise processes, and implement effective solutions. Your expertise will play a vital role in streamlining operations and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse and refine business processes.
• Map out current and future workflows using BPMN.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and system enhancements.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases and functional specifications.
• Support system implementation, including testing, training, and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of technology initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology transformation projects.
• Strong process mapping, business modelling, and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage.
