The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance function on a temporary basis. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive financial efficiencies and provide critical insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll and debt collection.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Oversee IT systems management in collaboration with external providers.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA/CA certification.
• Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• High proficiency with financial systems (experience with MYOB essential).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
