Our client is a tech forward Consulting & Managed Services business that has operations across Australia and New Zealand. 

The role
You will join as a Payroll Officer to support a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand. 

• Completing end-to-end payroll processing for various clients which could be a variation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly
• Assisting with month end processing including reconciliation of accounts, super and tax payments 
• Act as a back up to other team members during periods of leave 
• Handling any client queries and providing a positive customer experience
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client payroll

About you:

• Experience completing end-to-end payroll processing 
• Ability to investigate complex queries
• Good knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
• Experience using Excel - VLOOKUP & PivotTable
• Is confident with technology and using different payroll systems
