About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time payroll opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys autonomy and ownership of the full end-to-end payroll function. You will operate as the sole payroll specialist, managing weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end weekly payroll for ~270 employees using Micropay
• Managing payroll tax, superannuation, and workers’ compensation
• Handling pay adjustments, reconciliations, and payroll reporting
• Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system
• Responding to payroll queries with confidence and professionalism
• Operating as the standalone payroll function for the business
• Providing additional support across finance as required

About You

• Proven end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a standalone role
• Strong communication skills
• Happy to work fully on-site in Notting Hill
• Micropay experience is desirable but not essential
• Exposure to time & attendance systems (e.g. BioTime or similar) is an advantage
