The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role takes ownership of core financial operations with a strong focus on end-to-end Accounts Payable. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams to ensure accuracy, strengthen controls, and support the uplift of finance processes and systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable including POs, invoice processing, coding, approvals, and supplier reconciliations
• Assist with workflow and system improvements as finance undergoes process uplift
• Support month-end close including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain approval workflows and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Resolve invoice, PO, and system-related queries across the business
• Contribute to continuous improvement across finance operations and reporting
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support accurate and timely financial outcomes

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards (advantageous)
• Must be available to start immediately with full-working rights
• Strong end-to-end AP experience in a growing or fast-paced environment
• Experience across financial operations including reconciliations and month-end
• Exposure to ERP systems Pronto or Xero highly regarded 
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator who works well with finance and non-finance teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a changing environment
