We’re so proud to share with our talent community that we’ve been named as a finalist in the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs), for providing Excellence in Candidate Experience. The SARAs recognise dedication and innovation within the recruitment industry, right across the country.

Over recent years, we’ve witnessed that the recruitment landscape has been volatile and at times harsh for candidates, recruiters and employers alike — and as a result the Candidate Experience has become somewhat depersonalised, reactive and even transactional. 

To be named in this particular category is very special to us, because in creating Atlas Partners back in 2020, we set-out to change this for the accounting and finance sector by redefining what the Candidate Experience looks (and most importantly) feels like for you — our talent community.

We’re incredibly proud to be recognised for the initiatives we have put in place to nurture talent before, during, after and in-between every single career step. We don’t want to have one-off interactions; our mission is to be your career journey partner. 

Which is exactly why we deliver the following unique initiatives across three key career stages — Young Professional, Management and Executive.

At a Young Professional level, we built the Melbourne Young Professionals network, a community where the next generation of leaders can connect, grow and thrive together. We deliver events that connect like minded individuals and provide introduction to industry; and produce value adding content which provides career development insight.

At a Management level, we developed NextGen Power Moves, a leadership master class event series focused on elevating high-performing women in Finance, providing them with insight and introductions that can support them on their journey to becoming executive leaders. Find out more about our 2025 cohort.

And at an Executive level, we deliver Pathways, an interview podcast series that delves into the career trajectories of high performing executives & leaders within the accounting and financial industry.
