A day in the life

9:00am – Morning Huddle
Team stand-up to share updates on roles, candidates, and market trends.

10:00am – Sourcing & Outreach
Use LinkedIn and internal tools to identify candidates and send tailored outreach messages.

11:00am – Walking Coffee with Your Director
Step out for a walk and coffee around the park with your Director to reflect on your progress and discuss long-term career goals.

12:30pm – Candidate Interview
Phone or video interview to assess skills, motivations, and fit for current opportunities.

1:30pm – PT Class & Lunch
Join a colleague for a team PT session, then come back to the office for a relaxed lunch.

2:30pm – Coordination & Communication
Schedule interviews, share feedback, and manage expectations with candidates and clients.

3:30pm – L&D Training Session
Attend a practical learning session focused on key recruitment skills like objection handling or managing expectations.

4:30pm – Market Mapping & Collaboration
Work with your team to share insights on companies, roles, and opportunities in your sector.

5:00pm – Planning & Wrap-Up
Review your daily progress, update your goals, and prepare for the next day with support from your manager.
