About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this critical role supports the integrity and accuracy of financial operations across the business. You will be responsible for core financial processes including month-end reporting, asset management, tax compliance, and external audit support, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this critical role supports the integrity and accuracy of financial operations across the business. You will be responsible for core financial processes including month-end reporting, asset management, tax compliance, and external audit support, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end processes including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain the fixed asset register, including capital additions and disposals
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and supporting audit deliverables
- Prepare and lodge BAS; support FBT returns and other compliance requirements
- Contribute to budgeting cycles and internal financial reporting
- Collaborate on improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
- Provide backup support across core finance functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and event settlements
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA or CPA qualified or part-qualified (and working towards completion)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a methodical approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting softwares
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
