Accounts Payable Systems Lead
About the Client
Our client is a well-known and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector, with a strong national footprint and a focus on continuous improvement. They’re recognised for delivering quality outcomes and investing in smarter ways of working. The finance team is practical, collaborative, and values people who take ownership, share knowledge, and look for better ways to do things. What’s on Offer
As the Accounts Payable Systems Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for Medius within a busy, high-volume AP function. You’ll support day-to-day systems performance, coach and train users to get the best out of the platform, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows. A key part of the role is identifying issues early, reporting bugs to the relevant teams/vendors, and taking appropriate action to minimise disruption.
Key responsibilities include:
You’re an AP systems specialist who enjoys being the person others rely on. You’re confident in Medius, patient when training different experience levels, and proactive when something doesn’t look right. You’re not fazed by a fast-paced environment and you like improving how things run, not just keeping the lights on.
