About the Role
An exciting contract opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to take ownership of the AP function. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Control, you’ll be responsible for the seamless processing of creditor payments, adherence to PO policies, invoice management, corporate card oversight, and contributing to month-end processes. Your work will support accurate reporting and streamlined financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including both domestic and international transactions
  • Ensure all invoices and supplier accounts are processed and paid in a timely manner
  • Promote and ensure purchase order compliance, resolving any related issues
  • Monitor aged payables and assist with effective cash flow forecasting
  • Administer corporate credit cards and manage Concur expense submissions
  • Maintain AP system performance and uphold internal financial controls
  • Support monthly reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
  • Guide internal teams on AP systems and procedures
  • Identify and drive improvements in processes and efficiency
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a fast-paced or profile-rich environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to problem-solve
  • Proven capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Concur, or Basware advantageous
  • A passion for sport or the sporting industry is highly regarded
