About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounts receivable duties. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions while managing stakeholders across multiple sites. Attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential to maintaining efficiency and service quality.
  • Processing and reconciling customer payments
  • Allocating receipts accurately across multiple accounts
  • Preparing and issuing invoices in line with contract terms
  • Managing daily receipting and following up outstanding payments where required
  • Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records within the accounting system
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business sites
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounts receivable tasks as needed
About You
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Confident with reconciliations, allocations, invoicing and receipting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system is beneficial
  • Proficient in Excel and general accounting software
  • Able to start at short notice and commit to a 3–6 month contract
