Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to analyse and refine business processes.
- Map out current and future workflows using BPMN.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and system enhancements.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases and functional specifications.
- Support system implementation, including testing, training, and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of technology initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology transformation projects.
- Strong process mapping, business modelling, and documentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage.
