The Opportunity

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial outcomes, customer experience and team culture across a large and diverse workforce

This role requires visible, hands-on leadership — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coaching teams, improving performance and delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive commercial performance, budgeting and operational targets
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk and operational standards
• Identify growth opportunities across programs and memberships

About You

You are an experienced people leader who has successfully managed large teams (50+), ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, childcare or other service-led environments.
You bring:

• Strong operational and financial acumen
• A hands-on leadership style
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to build culture, accountability and performance

Industry experience in aquatics or leisure is desirable but not essential.
