About the Role

An opportunity now exists for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a high-performing finance team in a newly created role. This position will play a key role in delivering insights, improving cost structures, and supporting strategic decision-making across a group of fast-growing businesses.

This is a commercial, project-driven role—not a traditional reporting or month-end position—ideal for someone who thrives on partnering with the business to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse pricing, costs, and margins across products, services, and locations
• Identify and support cost optimisation and supplier efficiency initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Develop business cases and financial models for key initiatives and investments
• Provide financial and commercial insights to business leaders
• Collaborate with non-financial stakeholders across multiple brands
• Contribute to finance system enhancements (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Candidate Profile:

• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on analytical approach
• Experience in pricing, margin analysis, cost review, or FP&A
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Xero desirable)
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• CA/CPA qualified or progressing toward qualification (preferred)
