About the Role
As a Credit Officer, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and support the business in maintaining strong cash flow and debtor performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end credit and collections processes
  • Assessing new credit applications and reviewing credit limits
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving outstanding payment issues
  • Preparing monthly statements and sending overdue notices
  • Monitoring aged debtors and maintaining accurate records
  • Following up overdue accounts and liaising with customers to achieve payment targets
  • Maintaining compliance with company credit policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth account management

About You

You’re an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Officer with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. You take pride in building relationships and managing your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You bring solid technical ability in Excel and are confident with reconciliations, collections, and credit assessments. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a credit or accounts receivable role
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP beneficial
