About the role:

As Executive Director, M&A, you will work closely with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to ensure every acquisition aligns with the company's growth vision and strengthens its service offerings. This role is ideal for a results-driven, dynamic leader with extensive M&A experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
  
M&A Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute strategic M&A initiatives aligned with company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
  • Innovative acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product, marketing, and technology to align M&A activities with corporate goals.
  • Ensure successful post-acquisition integration, optimising operational and financial performance.
Deal Management
  • Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, closing, and integration.
  • Partner with the CFO to refine negotiation strategies and closing playbooks for balanced deals.
  • Assess potential sellers' objectives and develop compelling value propositions for transactions.
About you:
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing buy-side transactions.
  • Strong deal structuring, and negotiation experience.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comps), and due diligence.
  • Experience in managing post-merger integration and value-creation strategies.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives, PE investors, and external advisors.
