Key responsibilities:
M&A Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic M&A initiatives aligned with company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
- Innovative acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product, marketing, and technology to align M&A activities with corporate goals.
- Ensure successful post-acquisition integration, optimising operational and financial performance.
- Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, closing, and integration.
- Partner with the CFO to refine negotiation strategies and closing playbooks for balanced deals.
- Assess potential sellers' objectives and develop compelling value propositions for transactions.
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of leading and executing buy-side transactions.
- Strong deal structuring, and negotiation experience.
- Expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comps), and due diligence.
- Experience in managing post-merger integration and value-creation strategies.
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives, PE investors, and external advisors.
