The Role
This role sits within the core finance team and supports financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across the APAC region. You will work closely with local market teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial insights that inform commercial decision-making. The Role
This role sits within the core finance team and supports financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across the APAC region. You will work closely with local market teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial insights that inform commercial decision-making. The role offers a unique exposure to an environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end reports, including variance analysis, balance sheet reviews and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Analyse key performance metrics such as ticket sales, event profitability and headcount
- Maintain financial data integrity across systems and support intercompany reporting requirements
- Liaise with local finance teams to investigate variances and provide financial insights
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, financial systems support and special projects as required
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards completion)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities are essential
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working flexible hours across time zones due to the global nature of the business
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Exposure to OneStream is highly regarded
