About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join the finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis and business partnering.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join the finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders
- Refine and manage the company’s financial model, running scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Prepare monthly reports for the Executive team and Board, including insights and variance analysis
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and support capital-raising activities if required
- Build financial literacy across the business and provide guidance to non-finance stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation within finance operations
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Experience in growth-stage or evolving businesses is highly regarded
