About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join the finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders
• Refine and manage the company’s financial model, running scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Prepare monthly reports for the Executive team and Board, including insights and variance analysis
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and support capital-raising activities if required
• Build financial literacy across the business and provide guidance to non-finance stakeholders
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation within finance operations

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Proactive, solutions-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Experience in growth-stage or evolving businesses is highly regarded
