About the Role:

Our client are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to provide end-to-end financial leadership, fostering strong relationships across the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships, building trust across all levels of the organisation.
• Provide finance leadership and accounting support to key stakeholders.
• Produce management reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Liaise with departments to ensure effective cost control and reporting.
• Review and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Support the annual audit process.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FBT and GST reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end balance sheet and oversee the business cashflow model.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Design and implement internal controls, ensuring compliance and regular review.
• Oversee the day-to-day relationship with external accounting service providers.
• Contribute to risk management reporting and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA/CA certification.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience 
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
