The Role:

You will be accountable for analyses of key financial information, results and forecasts, to aid with commercial decision making.
Specific responsibilities to include:

• Monthly reporting and variance analysis against budget and forecast for the relevant business unit, which includes contract performance reviews, generation of management reports including commentary
• Process monthly journal entries including month end accruals
• Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning
• Support the annual budgeting & forecasting process
• Provide financial assistance in understanding financial performance
• Assist the Corporate Finance team with annual statutory requirements which includes the provision of information to auditors  

Skills & Qualifications required:

• Relevant Business/Finance related degree and, at a minimum, commencement of CA/CPA
• Prior management accounting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel
