The Role:
  
As the Finance Business Partner, the core of your work will focus on driving positive performance and partnering with the operations team to achieve this. Experience in proactive financial analysis and performance reporting through a data driven environment. Specific responsibilities to include:
  • Dive into financial analysis and craft insightful variance reports that drive decision-making
  • Explore the operational dynamics that shape performance, uncovering key insights to enhance outcomes
  • Collaborate in the creation of impactful management reports that highlight the business landscape
  • Play a crucial role in shaping the future by contributing to the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner with operational leaders and the reporting manager to finalise month-end results, ensuring clarity and precision in reporting
  • Build relationships with operational partners to deliver tailored financial insights and enhance performance
Skills & Qualifications required:
  • Qualified CA or CPA (or equivalent)
  • Be a results-oriented finance expert working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Have top tier communication skills and experience working with both financial and non-financial stakeholders at an executive level
  • Strong with data, curious and analytical
  • Experience improving processes, systems and reporting to support a growing business with sophisticated reporting requirements
