The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in connecting finance with the business. You’ll partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations that guide strategic decisions and improve performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities to include:

• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making
• Analyse financial trends, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities and risks
• Conduct scenario modelling and business case analysis for new initiatives
• Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful
• Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and efficiencies
• Support compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation

About You:

• CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
• 3-5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement and adding value
