The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in connecting finance with the commercial and operational sides of the business. You’ll work closely with retail, merchandising, and e-commerce leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions and optimise performance across multiple channels.

• Partner with retail and merchandise leaders to provide insights on store, category, and channel performance
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting to support operational and commercial decision-making
• Analyse sales trends, margins, and stock movements to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across store operations and online channels
• Conduct scenario modelling and business case analysis for new store openings, refurbishments, and product launches
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to enhance reporting accuracy and commercial transparency
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

About You:

• CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A (preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer sectors)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on driving performance and adding commercial value
