Finance Manager
Our Client
Our client is a dynamic organisation in the energy and infrastructure sector, delivering projects that underpin Australia’s future energy security. Operating in a technically complex, project-driven environment, the business is in a critical phase of growth. Finance plays a central role in strengthening processes, improving visibility, and supporting strategic outcomes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on Finance Manager position with scope to make an immediate impact. Joining a small, close-knit finance team, you’ll take ownership of bookkeeping and financial accounting while driving improvements in reporting, controls, and cash flow visibility.
This role will suit someone who enjoys both detail and influence — rolling up their sleeves to manage the fundamentals while also shaping how finance supports the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
You are a proactive, hands-on finance professional who thrives on solving problems and adding structure. You’re confident working with detail, but also bring the communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
