The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of a major finance systems migration and broader transformation program.

Please note, this is a temporary role that requires someone to start immediately.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting data extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload during system migration
• Performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
• Assisting with month-end and management reporting throughout the migration period
• Contributing to process documentation, control alignment, and audit readiness
• Participating in UAT, post-migration testing, and system handover
• Working collaboratively with finance, IT, and implementation partners to ensure smooth transition and minimal business disruption

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 2–4 years’ experience in a finance, systems, or project environment — ideally within shared services, transformation, or ERP migration
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (e.g., D365, NetSuite, SAP, TechOne, Oracle)
• Strong Excel and reconciliation capability; Power BI experience highly regarded
• A detail-oriented, process-driven operator with sound understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working with large data sets, managing competing deadlines, and supporting system testing and validation
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with finance, IT, and operational stakeholders
