They are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation & Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in aligning the newly acquired business with group standards, uplifting systems and processes, and driving end-to-end finance integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the finance integration plan for the newly acquired business.
  • Align financial processes, reporting, payroll, and compliance with group standards.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.
  • Establish reliable cashflow management and stocktake routines.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of D365 Business Central.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient BOM management, job costing, WIP workflows, and integrated finance–operations processes.
  • Oversee data preparation, configuration reviews, documentation, and team training.
  • Streamline operational and financial workflows across sales, production, and stock.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the existing finance team without replacing roles.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership.
About You

You will be a proactive, detail-driven finance professional with demonstrated experience in transformation and integration programs. You bring:
  • Proven experience in post-acquisition integration or major systems transformation.
  • Strong, hands-on understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance—including BOM, WIP, inventory, and job costing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, financial reporting, and Australian tax compliance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Why Join?
  • Lead a transformation with real ownership and visibility.
  • Work closely with executive leaders on a critical integration program.
  • Make a lasting impact on systems, processes, and capability.
  • Attractive salary: $180,000 + super.
  • 12-month contract with opportunity to drive meaningful change.
If you're energised by transformation and want to lead a high-profile integration project, we’d love to hear from you.
