About the role:

Ideally you will have commenced your career within a chartered firm and have since gained commercial experience within the retail industry. Moreover, you will be personable, have excellent communication skills as your ability to interact and influence key senior stakeholders will be critical to your success.
Snapshot of responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and drive the accounting team
• Leading the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting process
• Leading month-end reporting, ensuring financial integrity of the accounts
• Business partnering closely with the leadership team to offer commercial analysis to support growth strategies
• Manage annual ASX financial reporting requirements
• Support the CFO in key strategic initiatives

About you:

• Strong technical accounting background within large, complex retail environment
• Across technology with exposure to an ERP implementation
• Ability to think commercially and add value to M&A target analysis
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
