About the Role

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will see you supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and process improvement activities. You’ll work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, providing insights that influence business decisions and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting annual budgets and monthly forecasting processes
• Developing financial models to drive decision-making
• Preparing management reports with variance analysis and insights
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Building strong relationships with business leaders across venues

Benefits

• Salary $110,000 – $120,000 + super
• Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 from home

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• CA/CPA qualification (or currently working towards) highly regarded
