About the role:

Ideally you will have commenced your career within a chartered firm and have experience working within a +$1B T/O business which has gone through transformation by acquisition. Moreover, you will be personable, have excellent communication skills as your ability to interact and influence key senior stakeholders will be critical to your success.

Snapshot of responsibilities:

• Lead transformation from a technical and best practice standpoint
• Managing all statutory obligations, cash flow and month end reporting
• Providing weekly and monthly analysis and commentary to CFO & Senior Management
• Assisting with the budgeting & forecasting for the business
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
• Instigating and implementing business improvements and initiatives
• Ensuring robust systems and controls are in place across the business
• Coach and mentor a medium sized finance team

About you:

• Strong technical accounting background within large, complex environment
• Across technology with exposure to a ERP integrations
• Ability to think commercially and add value, PE value mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
