About the role
You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the Finance Operations team in a dynamic environment. Your duties will include ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate accounting for cash receipts and payments, and account reconciliations.

- Ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate accounting for cash receipts and payments, and account reconciliations
- Providing month-end and year-end accounting support to prepare financial statements
- Managing the primary transactional bank relationship, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation of corporate cards, bank guarantees, and transactional bank accounts
- Supporting the wider Financial Control team with end-of-month, end-of-financial-year, and statutory reporting
- Continuously reviewing Finance Operations processes to identify and implement improvements for better accuracy, timeliness, control, and governance
A leader in the truest sense of the word, the successful candidate will have:
- Experience leading a team through a changing environment
- Extensive finance operations experience with either Financial Services or another high transaction volume environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High-level stakeholder management skills
