The Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a senior leadership role as Head of Financial Operations on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and performance of the finance function across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day financial operations across several entities
• Manage statutory reporting, reconciliations, and tax obligations
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Work with FP&A, Treasury, and operations on budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors and advisors
• Improve systems, processes, and automation across finance
• Uphold strong controls and governance standards

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting, compliance, and tax
• Background in complex or multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and audits
• Comfortable improving systems, processes, and automation
• Clear communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder skills
• Commercially minded, detail-focused, and proactive
