About the Role
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will provide essential support across the finance function, assisting with management reporting, forecasting and ad hoc commercial analysis. You'll play an active role in ensuring accurate reporting and helping turn financial data into actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone early in their finance career who’s looking to build strong technical foundations, gain cross-functional exposure, and contribute to a commercially driven environment.
  • Accurately maintain pricing for high-volume small to medium business (SMB) accounts
  • Manage internal pricing data and ensure accuracy across reporting systems
  • Prepare and share insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Analyse trends to support pricing improvements and optimisation opportunities
  • Conduct freight analysis to inform operational and commercial decisions
  • Process customer and third-party rate adjustments in line with contract terms
  • Provide support with pricing administration and respond to internal queries
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support and deliver pricing-related projects
About You
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling); BI tools a plus
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across the business
  • Organised, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment
