The Opportunity
The Management Accountant will work at the heart of innovation and sustainability of this forward-looking healthcare organisation. Working in conjunction with finance business partners and costing specialists, to be successful in the role you will have an inquisitive mindset, open to looking for improvements in the way which information is interpreted.

The Role and Duties
  1. Management Accounting:
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and executive leadership.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.
  • Implement best practices to streamline financial processes and reporting.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA
  • 3+ years of experience as an Accountant, with a strong foundation in Financial Accounting
  • Healthcare experience would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
