The Role

You’ll work across both operational and strategic areas of finance, gaining well-rounded experience and insight. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with budgeting, reforecasting and management reporting
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver clear financial insights
  • Maintaining and enhancing financial models and dashboards
  • Supporting month-end processes and general ledger reconciliations
  • Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
About You

You might currently be an Assistant Accountant, Financial Accountant or Practice First Time Mover with hands on advisory experience looking for a step up into a broader, more commercially focused role. You’ll bring:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (CA/CPA qualified or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across teams
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand the drivers behind the numbers
