Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and upskill a small payroll team of 2
- Oversee a fortnightly payroll of 1k+ employees
- Oversee and implement process changes and improvements
- Lead projects of payroll review and compliance checks
- Utilize and leverage Tech One, Tambla, and AlayaCare, for efficient payroll management
- Ensure alignment with EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) and compliance with relevant awards, SCHADs
- Handle Single Touch Payroll (STP), tax, superannuation, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll with a proven track record of managing a small team
- Experience working on the SCHADs award or other complex EBA's would be ideal
- Experience with Tech One is an advantage
- You will have a passion for and experience in managing projects
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Salary range $110k - $125k + Salary Packaging + Super
- 2-3 days working from home per week
