The Company
Due to growth our client is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their large team of eight. This role involves managing end-end payroll for 8k employees as part of a team

The Opportunity

Process payroll for various employment types on a fortnightly basis (Aus & NZ)
Maintain accurate employee records in Preceda
Process manual and online timesheets
Calculate and process termination payments including redundancies
Produce month-end reports, including superannuation, leave liabilities, and general ledger reporting
Finalize End of Year processes via STP
Process and maintain superannuation payments monthly via clearing house
Process monthly payments through the finance system

About You

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in payroll
Experience working in a medium to large payroll is a huge advantage (4k-10k employees)
Experience with Preceda is an advantage
Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent time management
Honest, reliable and takes responsibility for their work and mistakes
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
