About The Role  
 
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative, medium-to-large team where maintaining compliance and data integrity to the highest standards is central to success. You'll report directly to an experienced leader with over 30 years in the industry, benefitting from their expertise, clear direction, and supportive leadership. Key Responsibilities  

• Ensure compliance with relevant awards & enterprise agreements
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Provide a high level of payroll knowledge
• Support payroll reconciliations and reporting activities
• Manage employee queries  
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the team & wider business 

Experience And Skills: 

• Prior knowledge and experience with SAP is required
• Experience within a fast paced & high-volume environment is advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship building experience
• Ability to manage high volume of work and manage priorities
