About the Role

This newly created Property Analyst position reports directly to the Head of Leasing and is designed to provide cross-functional support to both the asset and funds teams. The role offers broad exposure across leasing, revenue management, and financial performance, making it a unique opportunity to accelerate your career within property and funds.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, delivering analysis and insights that shape portfolio decisions, support investment strategies, and contribute to ongoing business success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report on key leasing performance metrics across the portfolio.
  • Maintain and monitor revenue streams, highlighting trends and variances.
  • Assist with asset-level income forecasts, budgets, and scenario modelling.
  • Develop performance tracking tools and dashboards (Excel and property systems including Yardi and Forbury).
  • Support fund reporting and investor requirements with timely, accurate data.
  • Provide analysis on leasing strategies, tenant performance, and asset initiatives.
  • Assist with due diligence on acquisitions, disposals, and major lease negotiations.
  • Contribute to the rollout of Yardi and Forbury, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
Candidate Profile
 
The ideal candidate will come from a background in property valuations, accounting, or financial analysis within property, funds management, or professional services. An understanding of leasing and property performance metrics will be highly valued.
You will bring:
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
  • Experience working with property assets, funds, or valuations.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • A proactive, collaborative style with eagerness to learn.
  • Exposure to Yardi, Forbury, or other property/funds management systems (highly regarded).
