Atlas Partners are working alongside one of Australia's fasting growing companies to help recruit a Tax Accountant into their expanding team.

As  they continue to scale, they are looking for a talented Tax Accountant to join their finance team in the eastern suburbs. If you have a passion for tax, a strong attention to detail, and want to grow your career in a high-energy environment, we're keen to speak with you. 
 
Key Accountabilities:                                                 

• Assist the group and its associated entities to prepare financial statements and associated reconciliations
• Prepare and co-ordinate reports and financials for all group entities
• Support the Accounting function by preparing the tax calculation for inclusion in the group's accounting records
• Provide day to day assistance to the group, enabling the provision of advice to stakeholders on a range of taxation queries
• Assist in preparation of activity statements
• Liaise and manage relationships (where required) with relevant taxation authorities
• Manage all the tax and associated matters for the group of entities

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3- 4 years’ experience in an Accounting/Tax role dealing with both corporate and family office affairs
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, i.e. Accounting, Business or Commerce (CA or CPA qualified) preferred.
• Strong tax accounting and technical knowledge
• Self-motivated, strong team player.
