As Finance Business Partner you will assume a critical role in driving the budgeting process and delivering expert guidance and support to your key stakeholders. Specific responsibilities to include:
- Provide quality financial guidance and support to departmental heads, delivering reporting metrics and variance analysis.
- Facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of finance deliverables from the operational teams providing clarification, training and support.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and financial analysis, providing commentary on main drivers.
- Establish and continuously develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and the entire business to improve quality of outcomes
- Preparation of reliable financial forecasts, budgets and multi-year financial planning.
- Develop and refine financial models for revenue estimates and related costs.
- Support the completion of finance event settlements.
- You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with demonstrable business partnering experience.
- Key to success in this role is the ability to communicate, present and hold relationships with non-finance executives.
- A passion for sports and entertainment will be of benefit.
