The Role

As a Trade Management & Client Reporting Analyst within their operations team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day trading activities and all client reporting requirements for assigned managed investment schemes and investment mandates. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Manage trade instructions for all investment managers
• Manage trade settlement, notifying the relevant counter-parties of any irregularities
• Identify exceptions and problems affecting investment portfolio records and prices
• Complete broker requests & account opening as required
• Assist in the onboarding/off-boarding of new products
• Prepare & deliver all daily portfolio reports
• Prepare & deliver ad hoc client reporting requests
• Prepare & deliver monthly client reports
• Keep up to date with financial services regulations
• Actively focus on process improvement across the operations function
• Support fund accounts when requested 

About You

• Degree qualified in related discipline(s): accounting, business management and/or economics. 
• 1-2 years experience in investment / funds management industry in middle office, back office or client services. 
• Highly ambitious individual with strong motivations to learn, grow and develop professionally within the company. 
• High-level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Exposure to Portfolio and Order Management Systems (PMS & OMS), Eze Software, Bloomberg and/or IRESS/IOS [highly regarded]
