NextGen Power Moves is an exclusive Atlas Partners leadership master class series, focused on elevating high-performing women in Finance.

Power Moves was born from our ongoing commitment to redefining what the candidate experience looks and feels like for our talent community. We wanted to develop a leadership series that focused on elevating and empowering high-performing women in Finance to ‘take the next step’ — by providing them with insights and introductions that could support them on their journey to becoming Executive Leaders.

POWER WORDS

Atlas Partners’ PowerMoves masterclass sessions are a perfect way to kick start your morning with fellow like-minded women. The sessions have been helpful in providing a forum to share stories whilst networking to understand the challenges and juggle all women face in their career. Each session so far has given me different words of wisdom that I can incorporate in my career journey. It has helped me realise that I am not alone and there are others who I can lean on for support but also gain perspective from.

MASTER CLASS SERIES

Move on up

The master class series, sees a group of ~30 ambitious, like minded women, from a diverse range of organisations and all on their way towards CFO level — come together over a four-part in-person event series. At each master class the group hears from a prominent executive level speaker, sharing their different perspective and insights on the executive journey — while the gaining valuable networking, mentoring and learning opportunities. Previous speakers have included:
