The Role: As the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will lead the accounts payable function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while fostering strong vendor relationships. With recent system upgrades implemented across multiple functions, this role offers the opportunity to streamline processes and drive efficiency in a dynamic environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounts payable function, including approval workflows, to ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and best practices.
• Manage accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, and record-keeping, including employee expense claims.
• Contribute to month-end close activities and weekly cashflow forecasting.
• Handle vendor management, including account setups, reconciliations, and credit term reviews.
• Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and the team.

About You:

• Have directly supervised an AP team previously
• Having worked on implementing changes, automation and/or process improvement projects
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Self-motivation, confidence, attention to detail
