Our client is well known within the transport and logistics industry and on the hunt for a Claims Analyst to join their team. This vacancy is due to a period of continued growth for the business and looking for someone who has a positive and relationship driven approach. 

The Opportunity

• Submit and verify claims to carrier partners
• Ensure credit notes are received and processed promptly
• Work closely with the Billing team to ensure claims are handled appropriately 
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Review any issues regarding invoicing and credit notes
• Produce analysis and detailed reports on Claims issues, credit notes and billing as required

About You

• You will be coming from a Billing or Analytical background
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced excel is needed
• Ability to work in a faced paced organisation while maintaining quality and accuracy of data
