The Role

Apart of the APAC reporting team and working closely with regional and local finance heads, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Handling and reviewing key data metrics, including variance commentary from forecasts and budgets.
• Reviewing market results to understand variances between actuals and forecasts.
• Reviewing market balance sheets for correct accounting treatments, ensuring reconciliations are accurate and controls are followed.
• Reviewing and understanding variances in monthly market forecast submissions, ensuring accurate and timely loading into system.
• Preparing key forecast deliverables and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
• Preparing weekly and bi-weekly sales reports whilst managing the talent database to ensure it is current for the support and planning team.
• Assisting key stakeholders with accounting advice and financial systems support, liaising with APAC finance teams to present information effectively and meet deadlines.
• Undertaking other ad-hoc analysis as required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment that is constantly changing and evolving from day-to-day
• Highly refined interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including executive level
• Able to work varying hours due to the nature of the industry and stakeholders in different time zones
• Highly refined data management skills with the ability to quickly translate and communicate to various stakeholders
• Oracle exposure a bonus but not mandatory, with advanced excel skills
