The Company

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll provide critical support across financial accounting, planning, and analysis functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing month-end journals, reconciliations, and performance reports
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting
  • Supporting half-year and year-end financial statements and audit preparation
  • Building capital and investment models to support business cases
  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to deliver insights
  • Supporting systems improvement and finance transformation initiatives
About You
You’re an up-and-coming finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial or management accounting
  • Progress towards (or recent completion of) CA/CPA
  • Big-4 / Mid-tier - first/second mover 
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Energy, infrastructure or project-based experience (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
