About the Role
This permanent Finance Business Partner role is a unique blend of commercial and financial responsibilities. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will support Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams by providing meaningful insights, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring accurate month-end reporting. The role suits a finance professional who enjoys engaging with the business while maintaining a strong handle on core accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department heads across Sales, Operations, and Marketing to provide financial insights
  • Prepare monthly management reports with meaningful analysis and commentary
  • Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for allocated business units
  • Manage the month-end close process, including journals and reconciliations
  • Perform variance analysis and highlight key trends to support strategic decisions
  • Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvement
  • Collaborate on process improvement and systems development initiatives
  • Translate financial information for non-finance stakeholders
About You
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong management reporting and budgeting/forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication and business partnering ability
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to manage core accounting tasks
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with large ERP systems
