The Role
 
Reporting into the GM Finance, my client is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Leading the finance team in preparation of financials for month-end and year-end
• Assist with year-end audit process, partnering with external auditors
• Drive large scale projects focused on optimisation
• Partner across multiple divisions with complex operations
• Build and develop the finance team, driving growth across the function

About You

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, CA / CPA qualification & 3-5 years' proven relevant experience (experience within retail a bonus, but not essential)
• Strong technical, people management and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with various systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment 
• Enthusiastic individual that wants to contribute to company culture daily
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadline
