About the Role

This is a broad and hands-on Finance Manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning the detail but also stepping back to support strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take the lead on core financial processes while working closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and general ledger management
• Prepare commercial and financial reports, including variance analysis and insights
• Partner with non-finance teams to support decision-making and drive performance
• Lead forecasting and support scenario analysis to guide business strategy
• Oversee the outsourced accounts payable function (offshore)
• Manage BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and compliance reporting
• Support the CFO with board reporting and ad hoc commercial initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations

About You

• CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Hands-on and adaptable, with experience in a lean finance team
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in marketing, media, or high-growth environments is a bonus
