About the Role
This is a broad and hands-on Finance Manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning the detail but also stepping back to support strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take the lead on core financial processes while working closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take the lead on core financial processes while working closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close process and general ledger management
- Prepare commercial and financial reports, including variance analysis and insights
- Partner with non-finance teams to support decision-making and drive performance
- Lead forecasting and support scenario analysis to guide business strategy
- Oversee the outsourced accounts payable function (offshore)
- Manage BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and compliance reporting
- Support the CFO with board reporting and ad hoc commercial initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Hands-on and adaptable, with experience in a lean finance team
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in marketing, media, or high-growth environments is a bonus
- Salary package circa $135,000
- Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 from home
