My client is a leading property development firm specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a focus on creating tailored environments for individuals to thrive, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for its clients and positive changes for local communities. As a forward-thinking company, they operate independently, crafting their own projects and fostering partnerships with private investors to bring innovative property solutions to life. 

Your responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Attend to the day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations & invoicing
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Assist the financial team and broader team with administrative tasks
• Maintain financial stability, accountability and transparency
• Consistency seeking ways to improve processes and procedures
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed

About you

• 1+ years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Studying towards, or started, your CPA / CA
• Exposure to Xero highly regarded, although not mandatory
• Refined communication skills with a team-first mindset
• Excellent work ethic, with clear personal growth intentions
